I bought a pair of Ksubi jeans they looked really cool and the fit was pretty much exactly what I wanted. But after only a few wears, I noticed the stitching starting to feel loose, which was frustrating. For the price, I wasn’t expecting to have to worry about the jeans falling apart so quickly. They look great, but the quality made it more stressful than it should’ve been.

The site looks good overall, I’ll give it that. It has a clean feel and seems easy enough to figure out, but it can be kind of clunky at times. Some pages take longer to load than I’d expect, which makes the experience a little frustrating. So yeah, it’s decent, but I’m not sure I’d call it smooth.

I ordered from Ksubi and ended up reaching out to customer service because I wanted an update on my shipping. I’m someone who likes to stay on top of orders once I’ve paid, so I expected a quicker response than what I got.

They did eventually get back to me, and the person was polite and answered my question clearly. So I can’t really complain about the actual help, but I did feel like I kept checking my email more than I should have had to.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not quite up to the standard I personally expect when shopping online. I’d probably still order again, but I’d feel better about it if their support was a little faster.

I don’t know why I even got my hopes up this time. I went to order the things I actually wanted, and once again, they were all out of stock. It feels like every time I try to buy something here, I’m just unlucky or the items I need are the first to disappear. Really frustrating experience.

It just looked weirdly dated to me and wasn’t my style at all. I was also disappointed that no one followed up afterward to check in or address it, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating.

The return process itself was easy enough, but the refund took a few days to come through. I kind of felt trapped waiting around for the money to show back up, but in the end it all worked out.

I ordered from Ksubi the clothes themselves were totally fine once they arrived. But the shipping felt way more dramatic than I expected. For a few days there were barely any updates, so I was sitting there wondering if my order had vanished into the void. It did show up in the end, and the packaging was okay, nothing crazy. Not a horrible experience, but for the price, I definitely thought it would move a lot faster.

I really like the way these jeans fit overall, especially through the legs. For me, though, the waist felt a little smaller than expected, so I’d probably size up if you’re between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit.

I ordered two pairs of jeans, but when the package showed up, one was the wrong size and there was a random shirt in there instead of the other pair. I reached out to support, but they basically told me it was packed correctly. my instinct told me this would be a hassle, and I should’ve trusted it. I won’t be ordering from them again

I liked a few of the styles when I ordered, or maybe it was after I saw them in person—I can’t remember now. Either way, the prices felt high for what showed up. The quality was fine, just not anything special, and I expected the fabric and fit to feel better for the amount I paid. I don’t totally regret buying, but I’m not sure I’d do it again
